Job Description

Do you love solving user experience design problems and producing simple, effective solutions? Can you prove that your work has made a real positive difference for companies and their audience? Can you lead multi-disciplinary teams of researchers, experience architects and graphic designers and keep activities and deliverables on schedule? Can you conduct multiple stakeholder workshops, strategy and ideation sessions, reviews and presentations with clients? Are you obsessed with producing quality work such as believable personas, concise research documents, customer journeys, task flows, conceptual models, interaction specifications, presentations and other documentation?

If the answer is yes to all these questions, then we need to talk. Working as a Senior Experience Architect at Different, you’ll enjoy working along side the most talented, innovative and creative minds on a range of exciting, highly strategic projects for leading brands in Australia and overseas. The work we do is more than just usability and tactical work – we get to work on strategic initiatives and make a real difference for our clients and their customers. At Different, we’re extremely passionate about the benefits of Customer Centred Design. We strongly believe in our methodology and the value it brings to our clients.
