Anthony Colfelt / Senior Experience Architect

Anthony is an accomplished user experience architect and designer, with over 13 years experience working in areas of human-computer interaction for software, interactive television, mobile platforms and the Web.

Anthony has considerable experience designing social software systems, leading teams to create innovative chat services, message-boards and fully-fledged online communities. Anthony utilises a long tenure working with User Centred Design and has transferred its tenets to Agile methodologies in the service, finance and editorial sectors.

Prior to joining Different, he was the Creative Director for myfamily.com in Seattle USA, mananging the company's design effort to re-invent this pioneer in the social networking space.

Anthony earned a Webby award for SnapGenie an online storytelling tool during this period.

Anthony has also held senior positions at Classmates.com and BBC New Media.

Anthony has over seven years experience writing for and presenting to industry professionals on user focused design methodologies, design management and documentation techniques. He has spoken at conferences and events for Adaptive Path in the USA and The American Institute for Graphic Arts in London as well as writing for the respected online user experience magazine Boxes and Arrows.
