Here's how Owner's can qualify for Rent Guarantee.

1) Use :Different landlord insurance (free for the first year)

2) Not have been subject to an NCAT claim relating to a rent default

3) Have promptly carried out all legitimate maintenance over the past two years

4) Handle legitimate maintenance promptly and consistently

Here's how Tenant's can qualify for Rent Guarantee.

1) Have a proper lease from the date they moved in, with a standard 4-week bond

2) Have a clean tenancy record and clean history on this property

3) Pay rent via Direct Debit
